Great buy!(Sep 28th, 2009)I’ve tried other milled flax from the grocery store and I must say nothing compares to the smooth omega! I love that they’ve omitted the shell—makes it extra easy to mix into yogurt, hot cereal, etc. Plus, the no refrigeration is an added bonus.
Probably the best of their product line(Sep 17th, 2008)I think it's one of their best. Easy to apply.
